Tikka Boti (Eid ul Adha Special) تکہ بوٹی

Tikka Boti (Eid ul Adha Special)

Tikka boti is a very tasty snake , especially during Eid ul Adha.



Ingredients

  • 1. Meat cubes (Lamb/Beef/Chicken)      1 kg
  • 2. Ginger crushed   2 inch long piece
  • 3. Garlic crushed    one medium pod
  • 4. Lemon juice  2 teaspoon
  • 5. Yoghurt beaten 4 tablespoon
  • 6. Spices : Salt to taste, Chilli pepper 1-2 teaspoon, black pepper 1 teaspoon, cumin powder 1 teaspoon, pimento powder   1 teaspoon, cinnamon powder 1/2 teaspoon

Procedure

  • 1. Thoroughly  wash the meat cubes
  • 2. Now add ginger, garlic, lemon juice, yoghurt and spices to these meat cubes and mix well.
  • 3. Leave in a cool place for 2 hours to marinate.
  • 4. Insert marinated meat cubes in skewers (seekhs) and grill/ broil over charcoal fire  till meat is tender. Sprinkle oil drops during grilling.
  • Delicious Tikka boti is ready
  • Serve with mint chutney and salad
