Ingredients:

  • Grated Mooli (Kadoo kash Mooli) 2 kg
  • Wheat flour 4 cup
  • Besan 1 cup
  • Fresh Mint chopped 1/2 cup
  • Fresh Coriander chopped 1/2 cup
  • Fresh Qasuri Methi chopped 1+1/2 cup
  • Green Chillies chopped 10 nos.
  • Coriander seed crushed 2 teaspoon
  • Cumin seed whole 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli cutter 3 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste (1+1/2 teaspoon)
  • Spring onion chopped 1 cup
  • Oil / Butter for frying each paratha 1 tablespoon


Procedure:

  • Mix all ingredients together, make a dough. No need to add water.
  • Make 8-10 dough nuts (Perhay)
  • Make round chappti , then bake/fry on tawa (Iron skillet) while applying on medium flame.
  • Remove from tawa when cooked.
