Sayadiyah Fish صيادية السمك (Fish and Rice)

It is a very very tasty and delicious fish with rice recipe from the Arab world.

Sayadiyah
Ingredients:
For Fish:

  • Fish fillets   1 kg
  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice 2-3 teaspoon
  • Chopped fresh dill leaves 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped fresh coriander 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped tomatoes 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chillies powder 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Bharat powder/ curry powder 1 teaspoon

For Rice:

  • Basmati Rice 1/2 kg
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 2 teaspoon
  • Red chillies powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper whole 1teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds whole 1 teaspoon
  • Cardamom large 3
  • Cardamom small 12
  • Raisin 1 tablespoon
  • Cloves whole 10


Garnish:

  • Dry roasted pine nuts
  • Golden fried Onion
  • Butter shallow fried tomato wedges

Procedure:
For Rice
  • Soak rice in water for 1/2 hours.
  • Wash and drain. keep aside.
  • Now in a cooking pan fry onion till golden brown.
  • Add spices fry for 2 minutes.
  • Then add rice and 2-3 glass water, water should be 1 inch above the rice layer.
  • Cook on medium heat till rice are done.
  • Sayadiyah Rice are ready 

For Fish

  • Mix all the ingredients together then apply on fish fillets and keep in dark or refrigerator for 3-4 hours to marinate.
  • Then fry in hot oil till tender.
  • Delicious Sayadiyah Fish is ready.
  • Serve with Prepared Sayadiyah Rice

How to serve:

  • Arrange prepared Sayadiyah Rice in a platter.
  • Put on prepared Fish pieces.
  • Garnish with roasted pine nuts, fried golden onion and butter fried tomato wedges.

Navratan Pulao نو رتن پلاؤ

Navratan Pulao is a well celebrated vegetarian pulao. It is good in taste and eye appealing with all the benefits of vegetables and nuts.

Navratan Pulao
Ingredients:

  • Rice,  basmati silky polished   1/2 kg
  • Yoghurt 1 cup
  • Onion 2-3 chopped
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Carrot chopped 1 cup
  • Peas  1 cup
  • Cauliflower   1 cup
  • Potatoes  chopped 1 cup
  • Cashew nut 1 tablespoon
  • Raisin  1 tablespoon
  • Pistachio 1 tablespoon
  • Almond soaked  1 tablespoon
  • Coconut slices 1 tablespoon
  • Cloves 15
  • Star anise 2
  • Cinnamon sticks 4
  • Black pepper whole 2 teaspoon
  • Caraway whole 1 teaspoon
  • Salt for gravy  to taste
  • Salt for boiled rice 2 teaspoon

Procedure:

  • Soak rice in enough water for 30 minutes.
  • Wash and rinse the soaked rice.
  • Then boil in 6 glass water and 2 teaspoons of salt till near to cook or 1 kanni remain.
  • Drain and keep aside.
  • Now saute onion in oil till soft.
  • Add spices and vegetable fry for 1-2 minutes, then add yoghurt and fry for few more minutes.
  • Now cook on medium flame till vegetables are well done. You can boil potato and peas before adding in a separate pan.
  • At last add boiled rice and nuts and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Delicious Navratan Pulao is ready.
  • Mix and serve.

Dal Sabzi Soup دال اور سبزیوں کا سوپ

Dal and Sabzi soup are a very tasty soup for vegetarian.

Dal Sabzi Soup

Ingredients:

  • Dal Chana  1 tablespoon
  • Dal Masoor  1 tablespoon
  • Dal Tur/Arhar   1 tablespoon
  • Pea 1/2 cup
  • Potatoes small diced 1/2 cup
  • Carrots small diced 1/2 cup
  • Cauliflower floral stems 4-5
  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 to 1 tablespoon
  • Spring  onion chopped 1
  • Ginger chopped 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic chopped 1/2Oil 2 teaspoon
  • Butter 2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chillies 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin seed 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green Chillies finely chopped for garnish
  • Fresh Coriander leaves for  garnish


Procedure:

  • Boil dals in 4 glass water to a mashed tender.
  • Keep aside.
  • Now heat oil in a pan, add butter  and garlic ginger and spices.
  • Fry for 2 minutes then adds vegetable fry for few minutes.
  • Now add boiled dals, 1 glass water and tamarind pulp.
  • Cook on low heat till vegetable are well done.
  • Take out half portion of cooked vegetables and mashed well with the help of mashed manual/electric.
  • Re-add to the cooking soup and cook again for 5-10 minutes.
  • Adjust salt and soup consistency by adding water.
  • At last garnish with green chillies and fresh coriander leaves.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Delicious Dal Sabzi Soup is ready.
  • Serve hot.

Bajre Ki Roti باجرے کی روٹی

Bajre Ki Roti acts as warmer in winter. One of my friend Arif Gala informed me that in their memon community they eat bajre ki roti at breakfast with lehson ki chutney and eat oranges at noon.

Ingredients:

  • Bajre Ka Atta (Millet flour)  3 cup
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Oil for baking
  • Water as needed

Procedure:
  • Mix together to flours and make a hard dough each roti individually.
  • Bake on an iron skillet while applying oil.
  • Delicate Bajre ki roti is ready.
  • Enjoy with Lehson ki chutney.

Afghan Bolani افغان بولانی

Afghan Bolani is a delicious bread filled with spinach and potatoes and baked in oil.

Bolani
Ingredients:
For Dough

  • Superfine Flour (white Atta)   1/2 kg
  • Cumin seed whole 1 teaspoon
  • Kalonji 1 teaspoon
  • Knead the dough using water to a soft texture. Keep in dark for 1/2 hour.

For Filling:

  • Spinach 1 kg  cleaned, trimmed  and coarsely chopped 1 kg
  • Potatoes chopped 3-4
  • Tomato chopped 1
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Chopped fresh mint 1/2 bunch
  • Chopped fresh coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chillies crushed  1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin seed 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander seed 1 teaspoon

Procedure:

  • Boil spinach in water, drain and keep aside.
  • Saute onion in oil till soft.
  • Now add green chillies , ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and spices fry for two minutes.
  • Now add boiled spinach and potatoes and fry for few minutes.
  • Cook on low flame till potatoes are well cooked.
  • Then evaporate much of water on high flame while stirring.
  • Mash the potatoes.
  • Then add fresh mint and coriander leaves.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Filling for Bolani is ready.


  • Now prepared doughnuts from the prepared dough.
  • Take one doughnut and flatten on board with the help of roller pin.
  • Place a small quantity of prepared filling and fold and seal.
  • Bake on tawa applies oil during baking.
  • Delicious Afghan Bolani is ready.
  • Serve with plain yoghurt or mint yoghurt.

Gobhi Dum گوبھی دم

Gobhi Dum is a delicious vegetarian dish cooked on slow heat.

Ingredients
  • Cauli Flower (Phool Gobhi) chopped 2 medium flowers
  • Onion chopped 3
  • Tomatoes chopped 3
  • Ginger  fresh paste 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic  fresh paste 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilies powder 1 teaspoon
  • Haldi powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
Procedure:
  • Saute onion in oil till soft.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste fry for 2 minutes, add tomatoes and fry till oil separates out.
  • Now add cauliflower and fry for few minutes.
  • Lower the heat and cook till cauliflower is well done.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and simmer.
  • Delicious Gobhi Dum is ready.
  • Serve with roti or boiled rice.

Barfi برفی

Barfi is a very popular methai. It can easily be prepared at home.

Barfi
Ingredients:
  • Milk powder (Nido) 2 cup
  • Sugar icing  1 cup
  • ButterDesi ghee 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Khoya  1/2 cup (optional)
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Chopped pista for garnish
  • Silver foils (Chandi ke warq) for decoration
Procedure:
  • In a pan, take milk and butter , heat at low flame.
  • Then add khoya and cook for few minutes.
  • Then add milk powder, stir vigorously on low flame.
  • At last add sugar and mix well.
  • Cook to a thick paste on low flame.
  • Add kewra essence , mix and remove from flame.
  • Set in a pre-lubricated deep pan.
  • Sprinkle pistachio. Keep in a cool place to set and cool.
  • Cut into pieces and apply chandi ke warq.
  • Delicious Barfi is ready.

Dhokla ڈھوکلا ढोकला ઢોકળા

Dhokla is a popular Gujarati snack. My friend Arif Memon told me regarding this snack. Gola Ganda gali Dhoraji near Times medicos stadium road , you can find shops selling this snack.

Gujarati  Dhokla
Ingredients:

  • Besan  2 cup
  • Suji 2 tablespoon
  • Ginger and green chilli paste 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice from 2 lemons
  • Haldi powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar 2 teaspoon
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Eno fruit salt 2 sachets (1 heaped teaspoon)
  • Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Warm water 1 cup
  • Pre-greased cooking pan
  • Steamer with stand

Tarka  Ingredients:

  • Green Chillies sliced and chopped seedless  3
  • Hing a pinch
  • Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Karhi patta few
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Water 2 teaspoon
  • Cooking oil 2 tablespoon
Garnish

  • Fresh Coraiander leaves
  • Grated fresh coconut

Procedure:

  • Sieve besan  in a bowl.
  • Then add suji and sugar , mix well.
  • Now add water in portion then add lemon juice and mix well again.
  • Leave covered for 15 minutes.
  • Then stir well, add  haldi, ginger green chilli paste, salt, and 1 teaspoon oil. Mix well.
  • Now add Eno fruit salt  on top side add 1 teaspoon water to it and mix vigorously in one direction only.
  • Then quickly pour in the  pre-lubricated cooking pan. tap to settle.
  • Now place in a steamer stands contains 1 glass of  boiling water.
  • Cook on steam for 30-50 minutes.
  • Check for completion of the cooking process by inserting knife, if no stickiness on knife the Dhokla is done.
  • Shut down the flame. Cool and remove it from cooking pan.
  • Cut into pieces and apply tarka.
  • Tarka is prepared by heating oil in a frying pan, adding hing and  mustard. When mustard pop up adds green chillies, sugar, karhi patta. Fry for few seconds. carefully add water to it fry then pour over prepared and diced Dhokla.
  • Delicious Dhokla are ready. 
  •  Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and grated fresh cocnut.
  • Serve with Ketchup.

Dosa

Dosa is a South Indian snack. Today we remembering those who migrated from South India to Karachi Pakistan on 14th August 1947.

Dosa
Ingredients:

  • Rice  (Motay Chawal)    1 cup
  • Mash dal washed   1cup
  • Methi dana  1 teaspoon
  • Oil for smear/dripping

Procedure:

  • Soak rice, mash dal and methi dana in enough water for 4-5 hours.
  • Then drain and mash together to a smooth and soft mixture.
  • Keep covered in a cool and dry place for 8 hours to ferment.
  • Then bake in a non-stick frying pan by pouring a tablespoon or two of the fermented mixture and spread quickly to a thin and round shape.
  • Apply oil on sides with the help of a spoon.
  • Remove when done. Repeat the baking procedure again on medium heat.
  • Delicious Dosa is ready.
  • Serve plain or with chutney or aloo bhurta.

Balushahi بالو شاھی

Balushahi is a mouthwatering sweetmeat. It requires extra care and time to make. The recipe is simple every ingredient is already in your kitchen.

Balushahi
Ingredients:
  • Maida  (all purpose flour)   3 cup
  • Ghee   3/4 cup
  • Yoghurt  1/4 cup
  • Baking soda 3/4 teaspoon
  • Ghee for frying
Procedure:
  • Add baking soda, ghee, and yoghurt to maida.
  • Mix roughly, then at a very little water to make a medium soft dough.  Do not work more on dough only rough dough is ok.
  • Keep aside for 20 minutes.
  • Then make small round ball, flatten it and thump press in the centre.
  • Then fry in oil on a very low flame (Just above simmering heat).
  • It will take 15-20 minutes.
  • Do not stir during frying. When to double in size, invert and fry to golden colour.
  • After frying dip into the sugar syrup.
  • (Sugar syrup is prepared by adding 3 cup sugar into a 1/2 -  3/4 cup of water and boil to make syrup, cool down 50 degrees C before adding fried balushahi).

Ingredients:
  • Maida (all purpose flour)   2 cup
  • Luke warm milk 3/4 cup
  • Butter  salted lukewarm melted  1/4 cup
  • Sugar 2 teaspoon heaped
  • Dry Yeast 1 teaspoon
  • Icing sugar for coating
  • Dark Brwon Chocolate melted to pouring consistency  100 -200 g for glazing
  • White Chocolate  melted to pouring consistency  100-200 g for glazing
  • Sprinkle of various colours and shapes as desired
Procedure:
  • Add sugar and yeast to the maida.
  • Then add butter and mix well.
  • Now add luke warm milk in portions, mix, and dough well until a soft a dough is obtained.
  • Make round ball like shape then flatten to a 1/2 inch thick with the help of roller pin and board.
  • Now cut 3 inch round shape disks with the help of a glass or mould. Also, cut holes in the centre.
  • Apply oil on top of each doughnut.
  • Keep in warm place for 2 hours to puff in double size.
  • Then fry in oil to a golden colour on both sides at low to medium flame.
  • Roll in icing sugar while hot.
  • Donuts are ready for glazing.
  • Apply melted chocolate glazing and decorate with the sprinkle.
  • Delicious and mouth watering Donuts are ready.

Brown Cake براؤن کیک

Brwon Cake is a delicious  sweet treat for all occasion.  Here is my old and time tested recipe.

Brown Cake in Baking Pan
Ingredients:

  • Maida  (all purpose flour)  2 cup (200g)
  • Sugar  1 cup (150-175 g)
  • Butter  100 g
  • Eggs 2
  • Cocoa powder 2 teaspoons heaped (10g)
  • Baking powder  1 teaspoon
  • Corn Starch  1 tablespoon
  • Baking round pan 8 inch

Procedure:
  • Sift maida, cocoa powder, baking powder and corn starch 4 times to mix well.  Keep aside.
  • Now in a large  glass bowl ,  whisk together butter and sugar with a hand whisker.
  • Then add egg one by one , while whisking to a smooth texture.
  • Now fold in maida cocoa mixture in portions to a uniform batter.
  • Shift the contents into a 8 inch round pan (lubricated and baking paper lined)
  • Place in a pre-heated oven at 190-degree celsius ( 350-degree F or gas mark 3-4).
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes.
  • Check for completion of baking by inserting a knife or bamboo skewer. If come out clean then the cake is done.
  • Remove from oven and cool for 20-30 minutes.
  • Delicious Brown Cake is ready.
  • Decorate with frosting/icing.
  • Cut into pieces and serve.

Chocolate Brownie چاکلیٹ براؤنی

Yummy Chocolate Brownie is a most favourite dessert for all ages, but children like the more.

Ingredients:

  • Butter   100-125 g
  • Cooking chocolate 100-125 g
  • Sugar  1 cup
  • Egg 3
  • Cocoa powder 1 teaspoon heaped
  • Vanilla essence few drops
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • Maida (all purpose flour) 1 cup
  • Baking pan non- stick   8 inches rectangular.

Procedure:

  • Take cooking chocolate and butter in a large glass bowl.
  • Melt down on simmering water bath, stir during melting procedure.
  • When melted take out from the water bath.
  • Cool for a minute.
  • Then add sugar and mix with the help of  hand whisker.
  • Then add eggs one by one , whisk well.
  • Add cocoa powder and salt, whisk well
  • At last add maida in portion, whisk well.
  • Now pour in pre-lubricated baking pan.
  • Place in pre-heated oven at 180-degree celsius (350 degrees F) , Gas mark 4 (Moderate heat).
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Check with piercing a knife or baboo skewers for any under-baking.
  • Remove from oven and cool.
  • Delicious Chocolate Brownie is ready.
  • Serve in bite size pieces, with or without decoration.

  • Prepared Keema /Minced beef or mutton  1 kg
  • Lasagna sheets  1 packet 
  • Cheddar cheese grated 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese grated 1/2 cup
  • Tomato Ketchup as required  
  • White Sauce one cup
  • Red Sauce one cup
Procedure:
  • Prepare Lasagna sheets as directed on pack.
  • Prepare Minced meat of your choice. select the following link

How to prepare white Sauce:
Ingredients:
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Maida 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk 1/2  to 1 cup
  • Melt butter in a pan.
  • Then add maida fry for a minute.
  • Then add salt and black pepper and milk.
  • Cook on low flame till thick. 
  • Make two portions.
  • In one portion add ketchup and mix well. It is your red sauce.
  • Now arrange layers in Lasagna dish.
  • The first layer boiled lasagna, then prepared keema, then red sauce, then grated cheese.
  • second Layer boiled lasagna, then prepared keema, then white sauce and then grated cheese.
  • Top layer boiled lasagna and then grated cheese.
  • Bake in a pre-heated  oven at the full gas mark for 15-30 minutes.
  • Delicious Lasagna is ready.
  • Serve hot.

Kararay Cholay کرارے چھولے

Kararay Cholay are very tasty and tangy snack dish at Iftar during Ramadan almost daily at my home.

Ingredients:

  • Kabuli Cholay (Garbanzo beans)  200g
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Tomato chopped 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chillies powder 1 teaspoon
  • Red Chillies flakes (cutter) 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Fresh Coriander leaves for garnish
  • Green chillies chopped 3 for garnish
  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon

Procedure:

  • Soak Kabuli Cholay in enough water with 1 teaspoon added baking soda for 5-6 hours.
  • Wash and drain. Keep aside.
  • Now take 2 glass water in a pot.
  • Add soaked Kabuli Cholay , onion, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste salt and spices.
  • Cook on low flame till Kabuli Cholay are well done.
  • Evaporate most of the water and fry for few minutes on high flame.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chillies.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice and mix well.
  • Delicious Kararay Cholay are ready.

Sanfaz Biryani سن فاز بریانی

This Biryani is cooked with Sanfaz Biryani Masala Packet, most popular brand in Dubai, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia .

Ingredients:

  • Chicken   1/2 kg
  • Rice Basmati 1/2 kg
  • Oil Ghee 1 cup
  • Tomatoes chopped3
  • Onion chopped 3
  • Yoghurt 1 cup
  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Green Chillies  3-4
  • Sanfaz Biryani Masala  1 packet

Procedure:

  • Clean and soak rice in water for 1/2 hour.
  • Boil rice in enough water.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of cooking salt during boiling.
  • Now fry onion in oil till golden brown.
  • Add tomatoes, ginger, garlic, yoghurt, green chillies and fry for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add chicken and Sanfaz biryani masala contents and fry for 4-5 more minutes.
  • Then cook on medium flame till chicken is well done.
  • Now arrange alternate layers of rice and chicken gravy.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Delicious Sanfaz Biryani is ready.

Ingredients:

  • Mango (Chaunsa)  large 2
  • Saffron for Decoration and flavouring few threads

Procedure:

  • Peel and dice mangoes.
  • Process in an electric blender.
  • Pour into a serving bowl.
  • Decorate with saffron threads.

Serve with Poori.

Imli Aur Aloo Bukharay Ka Sharbat املی اور آلو بخارے کا شربت

Imli Aur Alw bKary Ka sharbat is a very good thirst quencher in summer, it fights against the scoring heat of the sun. It protects from the sun stroke. It is digestive too.

Tamarind Plum Syrup  / Imli Aloo Bukharay Ka Sharbat
Ingredients: (Serving 2)

  • Fresh Ripe Plum (Peshawari  Variety)  4-6 large
  • Fresh Tamarind (Imli) pulp 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 2 teaspoon
  • Fresh Ginger juice 1 teaspoon
  • Black salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ice cubes as desired 
  • Ice chilled water as desired

Procedure:

  • Separate tamarind pulp from seeds and threads after removing shell.
  • Then collect  plum pulp from fresh plums. 
  • Mix both tamarind and pulm pulps in a bowl, mash and mix. Keep aside.
  • Now add 1 teaspoon of sugar  and 1/4 teaspoon of black salt to each glass.
  • Then add ginger juice and ice cubes.
  • Then add 1/2 quanity of  prepared tamarind and plum pulp.
  • Shake and add ice chilled water to fill the glass. Stir with spoon.
  • Delicious Imli aur Plum Ka Sharbat is ready to serve.

Limka Drink / Limca Drink Rawalpindi لمکا ڈرنک راولپنڈی

When I was visiting Rawalpindi some 26 years back I came to know this wonderful drink. People were drinking this drink after dinner walk. They told this is a very digestive  and pleasant drink after a meal.

Ingredients:
  • White carbonated soft  drink (ice chilled)
  • Sugar granulated
  • Black salt  coarse powder
  • Lemon Juice 
  • Crushed Ice
Procedure For Single serving:
  • Place 1-2 teaspoon of freshly  squeezed lemon juice at the bottom of  a glass.
  • Put 1  heaped teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of black salt.
  • Then add crushed ice and then ice chilled white carbonated soft drink.
  • Insert a straw.
  • Serve with a teaspoon.
  • Before sipping slightly stir with a spoon and enjoy. Do not fully dissolve sugar.
  • Enjoy the crunchiness of sugar and black salt during sipping.

Arvi Gosht اروی گوشت

Arvi Gosht is a good tasting dish.

Arvi Gosht
Ingredients:

  • Mutton  1kg
  • Arvi  peeled and chopped  200-400 g
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion chopped 3
  • Tomatoes chopped 3
  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh Coriander leaves for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala powder 1/2 teaspoon

Procedure:

  • Fry onion in oil till golden brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, fry for a minute.
  • Then add tomatoes, mutton, salt and spices except garam masala.
  • Fry for 3-5 minutes. 
  • Then add 1-2 glass water and cook on medium flame till mutton is tender.
  • When mutton is tender add arvi and cook on low heat till arvi is tender.
  • Adjust gravy by adding water. 
  • Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with coriander.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Delicious Arvi Gosht is ready.
  • Serve with roti.

Gola Ganda Gali , Dhoraji Karachi, Opposite Agha Khan Hospital گولا گنڈا گلی دھوراجی کراچی

Gola Ganda Gali Dhoraji near Agha Khan Hospital is very famous for its eye appealing and mouth watering gola ganda, falooda push cart vendors. There are more than 50 such stalls, beautifully decorated and illuminated. People of all walk of life come here to enjoy. Yesterday   I visited this street with my family.
