Lasagna لزانیہ is a very popular Italian dish. It is very rich and nutritious.

- Prepared Keema /Minced beef or mutton 1 kg
- Lasagna sheets 1 packet
- Cheddar cheese grated 1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese grated 1/2 cup
- Tomato Ketchup as required
- White Sauce one cup
- Red Sauce one cup
Procedure:
- Prepare Lasagna sheets as directed on pack.

How to prepare white Sauce:
Ingredients:
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Maida 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Milk 1/2 to 1 cup
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Then add maida fry for a minute.
- Then add salt and black pepper and milk.
- Cook on low flame till thick.
- Make two portions.
- In one portion add ketchup and mix well. It is your red sauce.
- Now arrange layers in Lasagna dish.
- The first layer boiled lasagna, then prepared keema, then red sauce, then grated cheese.
- second Layer boiled lasagna, then prepared keema, then white sauce and then grated cheese.
- Top layer boiled lasagna and then grated cheese.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at the full gas mark for 15-30 minutes.
- Delicious Lasagna is ready.
- Serve hot.
