Chocolate Brownie چاکلیٹ براؤنی

Yummy Chocolate Brownie is a most favourite dessert for all ages, but children like the more.

Chocolate Brownie with Decoration

  • Butter   100-125 g
  • Cooking chocolate 100-125 g
  • Sugar  1 cup
  • Egg 3
  • Cocoa powder 1 teaspoon heaped
  • Vanilla essence few drops
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • Maida (all purpose flour) 1 cup
  • Baking pan non- stick   8 inches rectangular.


  • Take cooking chocolate and butter in a large glass bowl.
  • Melt down on simmering water bath, stir during melting procedure.
  • When melted take out from the water bath.
  • Cool for a minute.
  • Then add sugar and mix with the help of  hand whisker.
  • Then add eggs one by one , whisk well.
  • Add cocoa powder and salt, whisk well
  • At last add maida in portion, whisk well.
  • Now pour in pre-lubricated baking pan.
  • Place in pre-heated oven at 180-degree celsius (350 degrees F) , Gas mark 4 (Moderate heat).
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Check with piercing a knife or baboo skewers for any under-baking.
  • Remove from oven and cool.
  • Delicious Chocolate Brownie is ready.
  • Serve in bite size pieces, with or without decoration.
