Fried Fish فش فرائی

Fried Fish


Fried Fish is a favourite snack in winter.



Ingredients:

  • Fish pieces  1 kg
  • Garlic crushed  3 teaspoon
  • Ginger crushed 2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice   from 2 lemons
  • Besan   2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli powder to taste
  • Ajwain whole 1 teaspoon
  • Haldi powder 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Oil for deep frying


Procedure:

  • Mix all the ingredients together and coat on fish pieces. Keep aside to marinate for 1 hour.
  • Now deep fry is oil till fish is tender.
  • Serve hot singly or with Naan and onion rings and chutney.
