Fried Fish
Fried Fish is a favourite snack in winter.
Ingredients:
- Fish pieces 1 kg
- Garlic crushed 3 teaspoon
- Ginger crushed 2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice from 2 lemons
- Besan 2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Red Chilli powder to taste
- Ajwain whole 1 teaspoon
- Haldi powder 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Oil for deep frying
Procedure:
- Mix all the ingredients together and coat on fish pieces. Keep aside to marinate for 1 hour.
- Now deep fry is oil till fish is tender.
- Serve hot singly or with Naan and onion rings and chutney.
