Falsa Syrup is very easy to prepared and can be used when flasa is not available in market.

Ingredients:
- Sugar 1 kg
- Falsa 250 g
- water 1cup
- Falsa flavour (optional) few drop
- Purple Food Colour (optional) one little pinch
- Pick and wash flasa under running water tap.
- Put in a electric blender with 1 cup water and blend for few minutes.
- Pass through muslin cloth or metal strainer to get liquid by pressing and squeezing.
- Now Take sugar and falsa extract in a pan , cook on medium flame till a clear syrup is obtained.
- Cool , add colour and flavour if required, Then fill in bottle.
- Keep refrigerate till required for use.
- Use 2-3 teaspoon of prepared Falsa Syrup in a chilled water and drink.
