Dal Moong is a rich source of protein. Its Pakora are very crunchy and tasty.

- Dal Moong 250 g
- Baking Soda 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Red Chilli powder to taste
- Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- Onion finely chopped 1 medium
- Green Chillies chopped 2
- Oil for frying.
- Soak dal in water for 2 hour, drain then grind.
- Now add all the spices and make a batter.
- Heat oil in a Karahi/pan , add small quantity of batter in portion to the heated oil, fry till golden.
- Delicious Moong Dal Pakoras are ready. Serve hot with mint chutney.
