Sabudana Kheer is a delicious and healthy dessert.
Ingredients:
- Milk 1/2 litre
- Sabudana 2 tablespoon
- Rice crushed 2 tablespoon
- Sugar 3 tablespoon
- Raisen 2 teaspoon
- Kewra Essence few drops
Procedure:
- Soak sabudana in 1 cup water for an hour.
- In the same water boil sabudana for 15-20 minutes.
- Now add all other ingredients and cook on low flame till thick.
- Pour in serving bowls.
- Cool and serve.
