Mexican Potatoes |
Ingredients:
- Potatoes chopped into medium cubes 4
- Olive oil 1 tablespoon
- Onion finely chopped 1
- Garlic cloves finely chopped 2
- Red Chillies flakes 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
- Cheddar cheese 1-2 slices
- Boil potatoes cubes in water till half tender.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry onion till golden.
- Add red chillies flakes, salt, garlic and half boiled potatoes cubes.
- Fry and stir till potatoes are fully cooked.
- Add lemon juice and cheddar cheese and simmer.
- Delicious Mexican Potatoes are ready to serve.
