Tikka (Chicken Tikka)
Tikka or Chicken Tikka is one of the most popular BBQ food in Pakistan, very tangy and delicious.

- Chicken 8 pieces (Tikka Cut)
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Ginger crushed 2 inch long piece
- Ginger crushed 1 medium pod
- Lemon juice 1-2 tablespoon
- Red Chilli powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cardamom green powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Cubeb powder 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala powder 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Ajwain whole 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Mix together all ingredients and make a paste.
- Then coat this paste on chicken pieces and keep aside to marinate for 2-3 hours.
- Insert marinated chicken pieces on skewers (seekhs) and grill over charcoal fire till tender.
- Serve with Mint chutney and salad and Tandoori Roti.
