Punjabi Kulfi قلفی

Punjabi Kulf

Summer is on and Kulfi is on demand.  Liked by kids, youth, elders Kulfi is a Punjabi delight. Boa gee aey kulfi khoye de aey (Dear Sir This Kulfi is Made of Khoya- a Punjabi tweet)

  • Full cream Milk   2 cup
  • Sugar  2 tablespoon
  • Khoya 2 tablespoon
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Cardamom seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  • Pistachio chopped 1 tablespoon
  • Almond chopped 1 tablespoon
  • Saffron threads   15
  • Mix all ingredients in milk and heat on medium heat with constant stirring to avoid sticking to the pan .
  • When milk (mixture) become thick, pour in moulds and freeze in a freezer for 6-8 hours.
  • Remove from mould and serve.
  • Thandi thar kulfi...... You can  enjoy.
