Punjabi Kulf

Kulfi |
- Full cream Milk 2 cup
- Sugar 2 tablespoon
- Khoya 2 tablespoon
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Cardamom seeds 1/4 teaspoon
- Pistachio chopped 1 tablespoon
- Almond chopped 1 tablespoon
- Saffron threads 15
- Mix all ingredients in milk and heat on medium heat with constant stirring to avoid sticking to the pan .
- When milk (mixture) become thick, pour in moulds and freeze in a freezer for 6-8 hours.
- Remove from mould and serve.
- Thandi thar kulfi...... You can enjoy.
