Anady Ka Halwa |
- Eggs beaten 6
- Ghee/butter 2 tablespoon
- Sugar 2-3 tablespoon
- Cardamom green seeds 1/6 teaspoon
- Pistachio chopped 1 tablespoon
Procedure:
- Thoroughly beat the eggs.
- Heat ghee in a non stick frying pan.
- Add cardamom seeds, then add beaten eggs and sugar.
- Fry with constant stirring till eggs are fully done.
- Sprinkle pistachio and remove from heat.
- Delicious Anady Ka Halwa is ready.
- Cool and serve.
