- Maida 1 cup heaped
- Salt 1/3 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Ghee Molten 3 tablespoon
- Water as required
Procedure:
- Add salt, cumin and ghee to the maida, then add enough water for a slightly hard dough.
- Make a dough, then roll on rolling board to a thin and smooth chapati shape.
- Cut into diamond shapes and fry in hot oil till golden.
- Delicious Namak Paray are ready.
- Serve with hot Tea.
