Qeema with Shimla Mirch
Qeema with with Simla Mirch is a very delicious dish, spicy and tasty.
Ingredients:
- Minced Meat (Beef/Lamb) 1 kg
- Simla Mirch (Capsicum) , chopped, 3-4
- Onion chopped 2
- Garlic crushed 1 medium size
- Ginger crushed 2 teaspoon
- Oil 1 cup
- Fresh Coriander leaves for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Red Chilli powder to taste
- Red Chilli cutter 1 teaspoon
- Haldi 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
- Garam Masala 1 teaspoon
- Fry onion in oil till golden brown.
- Add ginger, garlic, minced meat and spices and cook on medium heat till meat is tender. Add water if needed.
- Now add Simla Mirch and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Sprinkle Fresh coriander leaves and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Delicious Qeema with Simla Mirch is ready.
- Serve with Paratha/Naan
