- Maida 2 cup
- Sugar 1/2 - 3/4 cup
- Cardamom green powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Fennel powder 2 teaspoon
- Oil for frying
Procedure:
- Add sugar, cardamom and fennel to maida mix well.
- Then add water in portion to make a hard dough.
- Take a small amount of prepared dough. Make a ball then flatten on a board with the help of roller pin to a smooth thin chapati.
- Cut into rectangular shape.
- Deep fry in hot oil to a golden colour.
- Shakar paray are ready.
- Serve with tea or enjoy singly.
