Kafta Salad
This salad is very eye appealing and mouth watering to be served with Kafta Kabab
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes chopped 1
- Spring Onion chopped 2
- Green Chillies chopped 1
- Cucumber medium size chopped 1/2
- Lemon wedges quartered 6 pieces
- Olive oil 1 tablespoon
- Sumuk powder 1/2 teaspoon
Procedure:
- Mix all ingredient together except sumuk powder in a frying pan and toss over medium flame for 1 minute.
- Pour into serving bowl and sprinkle sumuk at top.
- Serve with Kafta Kabab.
