Dal Gosht is a very delicious dish.

- Dal Channa boiled 1 Cup
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Onion chopped 2
- Tomatoes chopped 2
- Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
- Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
- Oil 1 cup
- Green Chillies 1-2
- Fresh Coriander leaves for garnish
- Red Chilli powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- Haldi powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala 1 teaspoon
- Cloves whole 4-5
- Fry onion in oil till golden brown.
- Add mutton and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, ginger garlic pastes, and all spices and then fry for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 glass water and cook on medium flame till meat is tender.
- Now add boiled dal and 1/2 glass water and cook for further 5-10 minutes.
- At last add green chillies and fresh coriander leaves and simmer.
- Delicious Dal Gosht is ready. Serve with Roti or Boiled/fried rice and salad and pickle.
