Suji Ki Kheer is a very simple and nutritious kheer for infants, it is rich of carbohydrates, proteins and milk fat.

- Milk 1 glass
- Suji (semolina) 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Cardamom green cracked 2
- Kishmish (raisin) 8-10
Procedure:
- Dry roast suji in a pan till light golden on low flame.
- Now add milk, sugar, cardamom and raisin and cook till thick.
- Remove in a bowl , cool and serve.
- Infants from 1+ years are eating this kheer very hapily.
- Children and adults can also eat this kheer. It is very easy to prepare.
